DDoS

Here is a really great post on DW (that I saw via Jim C. Hines) about why the DDoS attacks are happening and why LJ is so vital in Russia.  I was only vaguely aware of the stuff it mentions, but it definitely makes me more understanding of all the crap that's been going on lately.
