Jane I actually "met" first at the Torchwood: Miracle Day panel at SDCC a couple years ago, and we've since kept in touch via Twitter and see each other in person on a somewhat regular basis. In fact, she's the reason I met up with the man who runs the production company I'm currently interning for. Long story short, she's a godsend and very supportive of those of us who are trying to get ourselves into the entertainment industry.
David I met when I went to a reading of his wife's play. Juliet Landau was one of the performers, and I talk to her and her husband a lot. (BTW, Juliet made me fall in love with Drusilla because she's so wonderful.) Actually, since David worked on 24, I gave him crap about nuking my hometown on the show, which made him laugh.
Drew I met at Bent-Con (an LGBT comic con) this year. He and Jane were on a panel together, and I managed the room their panel was in. When I was off schedule, he and I chatted. I still occasionally say hi to him via Twitter as well. He works on Warehouse 13 now, which is another post-Buffy show I love.
Marti I met at SDCC this past year. She and Jane were on a panel with a couple others talking about writing and show running. Her kids were with her, so we didn't talk much in depth since they were hungry and wanted to go home. However, she was really nice and appreciated my compliments to her career.
