I've been pushing off reading this fic (mostly because I knew once I did, I'd have nothing left to reeead), but I've been missing Spuffy so much that I finally caved. :D And this was exactly what I needed, the perfect mix of angst and humor and Buffy-missing-Spike. I love the idea of using Harmony and everything you did with it (omg that Cosmo interview and the snl performance~), plus Buffy's whole development as she embraces first Spike, then "Blondie Bear" here flows naturally without abruptness where in a lesser story, it'd be just a bit ooc. Oh, and kudos for making Dowling so likeable! (I may be nursing a grudge that he survived and Cheung didn't, and his screen time generally grates on me but it doesn't here.)
