Dean is rather a Jerk With A Heart of Gold. I love both boys, but Dean breaks my heart on a more frequent basis.

The show really does improve with time, and it has a killer series arc. However, the treatment of women is not a plus. It is a dealbreaker for some, so head's up.

Also, it is very much a horror show, so... It actually might be an idea to skip the MotW episodes and just watch the myth arc episodes. That is the method my other horror-fearing friend took.
