Thank you so much! I'm really glad you like it, as Spike & Xander is probably my second favorite pairing to write. Xander does grow up in S7 so much, doesn't he (and I think that's probably why Joss took his eye, because far be it for a character to be mature and happy/healthy).

Ooh, thanks! I initially hoped to have the big reveal at the end and quickly realized that would be impossible if I wanted the fic to have any substance whatsoever. This was the line that I figured would give up the game entirely, so I'm glad everything beforehand was subtle.
