What would Harry, Ron, and Hermione do?

Man, you captured the conflicting emotions so well. I remember when I read Herself's Bittersweet series, there's a part where Buffy loses her leg and I remember thinking, "That would never happen!" but in hindsight, it's kind of shocking Buffy HASN'T lost a limb yet. She's in constant danger and it's not about her skill; it's all unfortunate circumstances. I think in both fics, yours and Herself's, there's this very archetypal understanding of the hopelessness that feeds into intense depression. I think in the Herself fic, Buffy takes it out on Spike, a LOT too. Btw, I loved your S9 "Hers" short too (opportunity lost Andrew Chambliss!) Do you mind if I add you to my flist?
