I can't really write much now but just wanted to mention YES YES YES to all of this (and S/B/D threesome is something I'm super okay with) and the whole baby turmoil is barely beginning but I can see it as powerful either way no matter what happens. It's a pro-choice story no matter how it ends, because Buffy's addressing the fact that her choice exists, and that's what it means, not actually getting an abortion.

I'm in the same place as you when it comes to fic (though I'd like to write the alternate decision now that I've already written Buffy choosing to abort the baby). I think I had a ficlet bunny last night? But I've completely forgotten it now.
