But Buffy is great at keeping things in her subconscious because she wont deal with her emotions. Perfect excuse, I didn't know! Yeah because you refuse to know. You refuse to examine your feelings and actions. Because reality might intrude. It's easier to let everyone else tell her what to think. Angel put the normal into her thinking. Duh what part of being a slayer makes you think you can have normal. Or that normal would ever be enough. Ignoring a large part of your makeup is a recipe for disaster no matter who you are.
How is it normal to still kill zompires? If she really wanted normal she would put her blinders on like everyone else and just walk past them. But no she stops to hunt them and patrol for them and kill them. So make a choice, normal and ignore all of it with your boring cop. Or wave your freak flag high, embrace your weirdness and get your equal and kick some zompire butt with Spike.
