OH YAY! I WAS SO EXCITED FOR THIS DAY AND YOU DID NOT DISAPPOINT IN THE LEAST.

(And I totally agree. I probably favor "Bad Day at Black Rock" overall as an episode when you disregard characters, but as Bela centric, "Red Sky at Morning" defenitly wins.)

Now let me try not to babble and fill up this whole thing with all your wonderful points and just repeat things back to you. Which I will probably do anyways...

+Ahhhh, the angry sex that never happened but totally should have happened. And I love Dean's reaction to it. Because he's totally used to being the one to say things like that, and Bela totally throws him off his game, and its all so perfect. I LOVE IT.

+She digs her own grave in so many ways but her motivations are completely understandable when you know her backstory, and I just love her strength of character so, so much, even if it ends up being her undoing.

YES, YES, YES! I love this about her character. She is so strong, so self-reliant and independant and it isn't because she wants to be, a choice she made, its because she has to be, because trust isn't an option for her, it never has been. Its because the world has never done a damn thing for her and she doesn't need the Winchester's pity to get help, she'll just figure it out like she's done all those times before. Bela has always been the one to figure it out, to make the best of a bad situation. Its literally been built into her. And its awful and wonderful at the same time.

+ This is completely shallow, but I freaking love watching Dean hold her in the rain while Sam is conjuring the brother.

I love this too. I always like to think of it as that whole, thin line between love and hate. Its probably more, we're trying to save her, we can't do that if she's dead, but whatever, he was holding her close, in the rain. That's a romantic scene right there. Ask any movie fan. LOL.

+THE FORESHADOWING. Oh god it’s painful. Lauren’s acting is so great- the way her face just shuts down and how all the humor dies from it. I love that Bela instantly volleys the question back at him.

The foreshadowing they built into Bela's character is SO perfect. Like its all there, its almost like how DIDN'T we see it once you know everything. But at the time, it was like such a gut punch of a realization, that everything was there all along. You just had to put the pieces together. Something that Dean and Sam never did either.

And yes, I love how she doesn't let it effect her, how she changes the subject, turns it around on him, makes it about something else. Because that's what and who Bela is. She's not just strong, but she's made herself into someone else. A con and that means she can con you, change the subject without you even realizing it, until its too late. And IDK I just love that about her too.

+ “You do this out of vengeance and obsession. You're a stone's throw from being a serial killer.”

I love how Bela (who barely knows the Winchesters at this point) knows them better than they know themselves. Knows that they aren't special snowflakes, she's met hunters before and there's always a tragic backstory in there somewhere that lead them to this. But it doesn't make them less of killers. She, she gets paid to do what she does and she doesn't act like its noble or she's the hero of the story. She knows who she is. Its Dean and Sam that need to figure it out.
