This was delightful. The pacing was perfect. It would and should take some time. The crew of Whedon demons and their evil plans made me laugh out loud. I'm so glad to see a fic that doesn't ignore the comics, but also doesn't make too much out of them. Season eight really didn't hurt Spike's chances of someday turning on a light bulb in Buffy's cloudy and bewildered head. Thanks for sharing this with us.
